Founder

Nandkumar Kagvate (known as Nandu in Pharmaceutical world) is President & Founder of PharmaQual. A post graduate in Microbiology from Indian Institute of Science, has 34 years' experience in Quality Management Systems from development to execution having worked with industry leaders such as Lupin, Strides Arcolab, Wockhardt and Xellia Pharmaceuticals ApS (Denmark). Has extensive experience in leading and delivering successful results of Regulatory audits such as USFDA/MHRA/ANVISA/WHO/ TGA / PICs / INVIMA / MCC / EDQM/NDA to mention a few.

Nandu is an Approved Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 from Portsmouth University UK & Member of PDA - Indo - US chapter.

Having spent more than 34 years in industry working for Indian and European corporates, Nandu's knowledge base is wide ranging – Sourcing, Production, Project Management (particularly Sterile Products) , QA/QC, GDP with specific emphasis on R&D. Extensive travel and collaboration with international partners across the Americas, Europe, South East Asia and Africa makes for an unique and in-depth experience.

Our core team consists of innovative leaders specialized in various verticals in the pharmaceutical industry, each with an experience of about two decades or more. Each of the core team member has been involved in multiple Indian and overseas projects.
